Transcriptome Analysis of Related Genes after High-Temperature Steam Treatment of Microsporidia-Infected Silkworm Eggs
Pebrine disease is one of the deadliest insect diseases affecting the silkworm(Bombyx mori)and has caused great damage to the sericulture economy, as it is transmitted from infected silkworm to the next generation through silkworm eggs. Therefore, it is particularly important to control microsporidia in the silkworm egg stage. Treatment of eggs infected with microsporidia by high-temperature steam at 47°C is a common method. To improve the technology, explore its specific mechanism and provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and control of microparticle disease, xianghui and 932 seeds infected with microparticle disease were selected and treated by high-temperature steam. Transcription assembly and gene expression were carried. Differentially expressed genes were annotated and classified by GO and KEGG functional classification, and many genes with significant differences were screened and some were verified. This shows that they play an important role in the prevention and control of microparticle diseases.
