<正>Pebrine disease is the most important and devastating disease in sericulture caused by Nosema bombycis (N.b). Because of its special spreading way of horizontally and vertically by transmission from spores, it is too difficult to eliminating it completely from sericulture, and it caused great losses to the world sericulture industry. The conventional diagnosis including microscopic examination, has evolved over the years with diverse approaches, there are inherent short comings associated with these testing. Therefore, a simple, rapid and efficient method for the detection of Nosema bombycis is urgently needed.
